If there are drivers who have been here for a few years they’re allowed to basically do whatever they want or treat people however they want because UTA won’t do anything. There also absolutely no accountability here. Yes you do have your two days off but they’re always split days off and management will guilt trip you into working on your days off. If you have kids or a family or any social life you can kiss that goodbye.
